Kudos to Homeopathy A case of AV malformation
A 72 years old female came to me with sudden swelling on right side of the bridge of her nose. On examination the swelling was soft and spongy without pain. For further investigation we suggested a local USG for exact appearance of the swelling and its size.
USG finding suggest a AV malformation. Arteriovenous Malformation are usually surgical cases. But the patient was not willing for surgery and neither willing for MRI for further investigation.
Patient insisted us to remove it through medicine.
